This guy jumped out from under a rock while I was excavating and managed to run from my hand to my shoulder before I got it off.
I won't lie to you. It scared the $*!# out of me.

That's just monstrous! I've seen some big tarantulas around Tucson, but that just takes the cake! Good thing you survived :)

That is a freaking big spider! That would top my list of scary things: hairy, jumping spiders. I hope all else is going well!
